Explain what social capital means to you and the team and how you can improve it in everyday life. Lighthearted and targeted in 30 minutes.

In half an hour you will enable the voices of your team using questions that are relevant to the individual and to your working day. You will explore what the group and the individual must do to develop the social capital of the workplace.

Lunch Invitation to conversation about core task (not included in Box Set)
Lunch meeting on the core task is useful in increasing the understanding of the core function across departments and disciplines. The idea is to invite a colleague to lunch (one even has a packed lunch). Based on the 6 questions on the cards, the two colleagues in a dialogue on their cooperation on core task. There are 30 invitations to lunch meeting in the package. Ex question: How can we concretely enhance our cooperation on core task?
