Renovate your company culture to a happy one

There's this story about a private company where employees often had the need for small meetings with their manager. Employees and manager agreed that everyone should have a toyfish with their name on. When an employee needed a conversation, they placed a fish on the managers desk. When he, the manager, came back to his office, it was obvious who was in need for a conversation. Fun and serious at the same time.
