The other day I had this idea about surrounding a colleague and valueing her or him. This gave me the idea of a The Team Coaching Carpet. It's a mat for one of your colleagues to stand on and receive appreciation. The colleagues that surrounds receives written help from the carpet. They will receive help solving the colleagues problems too and know-me questions as well.
