Making a new culture live in a business is a big task full of hands-on activities. The manager sometimes runs dead in it because it has to be found all the time. Here comes the FISH! The ambassadors enter the picture. They will help the manager and company

• create,
• sustain and
• recreate FISH! culture.

Many of our clients have asked us to design this Ambassador course, which we have already delivered many times in bespoke versions.

This 1 day training course consists of 6 modules and can be completed either in 1 day or as 6 separate modules. The course can be completed for up to 8 participants. The price covers all participants.

The course focuses on staying alive in FISH! culture through plan, measurement and activities. The 6 module headings are:

Module 1: Get started creating FISH! culture.

Module 2: Presence. Stay alive in the presence.

Module 3: Leg. Keep alive the doctor.

Module 4: Choose your attitude. Keep your choices alive.

Module 5: Make them happy. Keep alive the joy.

Module 6: Stay alive in FISH! culture.

The pricing set for the internal course and the internal modules are based on training delivered at client faccilities. All prices are based on training delivery within Denmark. Please state the desired dates for the modules.
