You can squeeze it. You can write on one side. You can write on the other side. You can bring it to your desk. You can squeeze it again. And you will remember that important stuff you wrote down. 3.25 cm wide.

Ask your employees to write their best ... 

I.e.: 'Today I learned ...' and on the other side of the bubble: 'Today we learned ...'
I.e: 'I help my team ...' and on the other side of the bubble: 'I ask my team for help ...'
I.e: 'It's nice for me to know that ...' and on the other side of the bubble: 'I have to know that ...'

When everyone has written on both sides of the bubble ask them to sit in pairs and describe and justify what they have written. Hear a few out loud and thank everyone for their contributions.
