Materials
• An overview sheet, either printed or on a screen, showing the rules and the phase you are in.
• A set of cards with 12 hands, each with six cards. One set of cards is enough for groups of up to 12 participants.
Setup
• Each participant receives a set of cards and places them in front of them on the table in order of importance.
• Specify who the facilitator is (if there is one) and what kind of decision you are making.
Using the Cards
