Samplebox with DIY development tools for leaders about leadership
Play a game, share your experiences, talk structured about the topic. The sample box is delivered in a lightweight toolbox, perfect for placing on the meeting table.
The Samplebox contains:
- The Leadership Game: Play the game with yourself, your fellow managers or with your team. Find 3 management disciplines you master and 1 discipline you can improve. It takes courage to find them yourself, allowing leader colleagues finding them or to let the team find them. The game can be played in several ways.
- A box of Coaching Cubes: 6 cubes with the questions every coach should ask when coaching. Now the coachee can be involved in which questions to be asked. The coaching dice are divided by color.
- Grow Uption conversation card: well-being and appreciation: A good way to start talking about well-being and appreciation. Ask everyone to enter the floor. Handout 2 cards each and ask them to meet in pairs. In this short meeting, one person first chooses one of the questions and asks the partner. After half a minute to a full minute, it is the partner's turn to ask one of his questions. After this short meeting, the two partners exchange questions and move on to another short meeting. During the meeting, the leader does not listen to what is being said. After approx. 7 to 10 minutes, the exercise can be stopped and the meeting leader can pick up what was the best that the participants heard along the way.
- Dialoogle picture cards for visual communikation: Spread a number of picture cards (number of participants plus 10) on the floor or table and now ask everyone to choose a picture card that illustrates your topic. Ask participants to report back in a circle, in pairs or trios. The meeting leader must collect the best ideas after the conversations.
- Thumball: Ask the team to stand or sit in a circle. Briefly describe that you will now throw a ball with relevant questions on. The gripper must choose the question hidden under the thumb of the right hand. That is why the ball is called a Thumball. The meeting leader can occasionally choose to let more than 1 participant answer the question. What can the answers be used for? Write down the best things you hear on a whiteboard or flipchart.
- 1 delicious bag of candy.
