About Akos Zala
Ákos Zala is a senior consultant and trainer and a practicing leader. He is the President of the European Training and Media Association, Managing Partner of Hungary’s largest Organizational Development and Consulting Group, the FLOW Group, Managing Director of Human Telex Consulting, the largest consultancy within Flow Group.

Ákos estimates to have spent more than 1.000 days with various groups. He has a long list of clients, ranging from the well-known multinational to the small company on the rise. Ákos is also the lead trainer of the Flow Management Academy which is a year-long professional training program for top and middle managers.
