Is your workplace characterized by GOOD MOOD or BAD MOOD? This test is developed in Denmark. Please ask for your language.

Use this test and know for certain if your workplace has a STRESS CULTURE or a DYNAMIC CULTURE?

Be clear on what mood your business is characterized by.
Agree what you will do.
And then. Do something about it.

Consider 24 statements about your workplace. It's pretty nice to spot where your company can perform better. Then theres a few things you have to keep up with and something you have to begin with.

It is also quite nice to discover that the company is located in the premier league. Then there are a few things to do to keep the situation alive.

Possible ways to use the test

Using the test as a single person
Take the test alone. You become more aware of the culture and the feel of your workplace. After the test, you can choose to take your precautions (see above).

Using the test for two people
Take the test with a colleague where you sit down quietly and uncovers the questions one at a time. After the test, you can choose to take your precautions (see above).

Use the test with your team
Take the test in a group where you spend one propositions pair at a time. Put a rope on the floor and read aloud what the rope ends means. Rope end = GREEN STATEMENTS. Rope other end = RED STATEMENTS. Ask participants to take a stand on the rope that is consistent with their assessment of the statement that the situation is NOW. Once everyone has taken their stand ask them to fine-tune their position by listening to each other's explanations in pairs.

Now ask participants to agree on the culture they want. Participants can choose 'The smallest thing they individually can do and the smallest thing they can do together' to achieve what they want. With a few words you may call this process: Our culture NOW, the culture WE WISH and I AM, WE are.

Use the test in your team and in your management team
Select the propositions pairs that are particularly relevant to your team or company. Prioritize these propositions pairs and give them a quick treatment.

What 3 small steps should we take?

Use the test with managers and your management team
