Mount it on the wall or lay it out on the table
The banner can be mounted on the wall or laid out on the table. You can also place it on the floor and invite your participants to stand around it and pick up an attitude for the upcoming task or the next relationship.

Be alert
The first step in choosing your attitude is to be ready for the new attitude and to accept that you have chosen it.

Make a conscious choice
When you understand that your choice has an impact on your colleagues and customers so that you can ask yourself: 'How does this attitude help myself, my colleagues and my customers? In what ways will it assist me in reaching my goals? Does it help me to be the person I want to be? '
