This is the best exercise for groups. Each participant gets 1 card with 2 questions on it. Now participants meet in pairs where they ask each other one of the 2 questions and listen curiously to the answer. When the two are finished, they exchange cards and lift the card up in the air as a signal to a new conversation partner. Continue for approx. 10 minutes.
