Order
Presentation of services and products on LEADERSwarehouse.COM is not binding. A binding agreement between Buyer and LEADERSwarehouse.COM is only concluded when LEADERSwarehouse.COM by an order confirmation accepts Buyer's order.
Payment
Terms of payment are 8 days net. We will forward an invoice to the person specified in the ordering information. If you wish to pay via the EAN system please submit your EAN number and initials and payment will be carried out automatically. You can also pay by credit card, VISA and Master Card.
Disclaimer and warranty
LEADERSwarehouse.COMs liability is limited to an amount equal to the payment for the product or materials that justify liability. LEADERSwarehouse.COM is in no way responsible for loss of profits, lost data and their restoration, damage caused by computer viruses, loss of goodwill and other indirect losses, etc. LEADERSwarehouse.COM gives no independent guarantee of the ordered materials, and the buyer obtains only the guarantees granted by the manufacturer to buyer.
Returns
The 'Buyer' has the option to return a physical item, the 'Buyer' has received from LEADERSwarehouse.COM no later than 14 days after receipt. Reference should be made to the product order number. Return is on 'Buyers' expense and must be shipped unused. The customer will get a refund within 8 days after we have received the product. The amount will be transferred to your bank account.

Remedies
If you wish to complaint about a product or service purchased from us, you can forward your complaint to: Center for Complaint Resolution of the Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, DK 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk .

Training Course Payment
When you order a training course, you will be billed 3 weeks before the course is held and you must pay before the actual training takes place. The Training Course price includes catering. When you book a training course for your company you will be billed after the Training Course has been delivered. The prices that are given are indicative and does not include transportation.
Cancellation of the training course
Should you, as a customer, cancel unexpectedly, the following general rules apply, unless otherwise agreed:
In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the agreed date 25% of the fee must be paid.
In case of cancellation between 60 to 15 days before the agreed date 50% of the fee must be paid.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the agreed date 100% of the fee must be paid.
LEADERSwarehouse.COM reserves the right to cancel in connection with instructors illness or the like, including force majeure. In that case, LEADERSwarehouse.COM offer the training course moved to a later date to be agreed with the customer. If LEADERSwarehouse.COM offer the course to be conducted within a reasonable time, the buyer will not have non-compliance-remedies for cancellation.
