Order a book for every employee or buy one book and circulate it, so it will 'visit' every employee.

Talk about the book next time you meet and share your views and the ideas that inspired you the most. 

You can also order one book and cut off the back and distribute equal parts to everyone. Ask them to quick-read it immediately or before your meeting the day after, where you will use 10 minutes to 'puzzle the book back together again'. What did the single reader notice? What did the team notice?
