Do a self-test
You can start by doing a self-test. The self-test comes in 2 versions: One for private use and one for school use. As a leader, you will be asked some questions. Your answers will give you an indication of your company or school's culture situation right now. The self-test is in English language and the score result comes back quickly with recommendations for you.
